Data were collected through semi‑structured interviews with technology experts, human‑resources managers, and members of the workforce, and were analyzed using multi‑stage coding.</span><br><strong><span lang="EN">Findings:</span></strong><span lang="EN"> The results indicate that artificial intelligence, in addition to enhancing productivity and fostering the emergence of knowledge‑intensive occupations, contributes to the elimination of repetitive jobs, the widening of skill gaps, and fundamental transformations in work relations. Alongside these opportunities, several challenges have also appeared, including intensified social inequalities, heightened feelings of job alienation, and emerging threats to digital justice.</span><br><strong><span lang="EN">Conclusion:</span></strong><span lang="EN"> Policymakers can facilitate society’s adaptation to technological transformations by expanding technological‑skills training and supporting vulnerable groups.</span> <strong>هدف: </strong>هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر فناوری‌های نوظهور بر ساختارهای اجتماعی، مطالعه کیفی هوش مصنوعی و تغییرات الگوهای کار در ایران بود. <br><strong>روش: </strong>این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و نظریه داده‌بنیاد، به بررسی عمقی پیامدهای ورود هوش مصنوعی بر بازار کار ایران و ساختارهای اجتماعی مرتبط با آن می‌پردازد. داده‌ها با مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته از متخصصان فناوری، مدیران منابع انسانی و نیروی کار جمع‌آوری و با روش کدگذاری چندمرحله‌ای تحلیل شدند. <br><strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>نتایج حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نشان می‌دهد، که هوش مصنوعی علاوه بر افزایش بهره‌وری و ظهور مشاغل دانشی، موجب حذف مشاغل تکراری و افزاینده شکاف مهارتی شده و روابط کاری را دچار تحولات بنیادی ساخته است. در کنار فرصت‌ها، چالش‌هایی چون تشدید نابرابری اجتماعی، احساس بیگانگی شغلی و تهدید عدالت دیجیتال نیز ظاهر شده است. <br><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> سیاست‌گذاران با ارتقای آموزش مهارت‌های فناورانه و حمایت از گروه‌های آسیب‌پذیر، فرایند سازگاری جامعه با تحولات فناورانه را تسهیل کنند. https://www.jasd.ir/article_231883_1428353ed45d97f39c7f027394a6c17b.pdf
