The statistical population consisted of all 270 staff members of the Central Tehran Branch, of whom 159 were selected as the sample using simple random sampling and Cochran’s formula. Data were collected using three researcher‑developed instruments: the Social Sustainable Development Questionnaire, the Cultural Policies Questionnaire, and the Citizenship Rights Questionnaire, whose validity and reliability were confirmed at 0.93 and 0.90, 0.91 and 0.89, and 0.86 and 0.88, respectively. Data analysis was conducted using Pearson correlation, multiple linear regression, and structural equation modeling via SPSS and AMOS 22.</span><br><strong><span lang="EN">Findings:</span></strong><span lang="EN"> The results indicate that there is a significant relationship between social sustainable development and cultural policies when considering the mediating role of citizenship rights at the Central Tehran Branch. A significant relationship also exists directly between social sustainable development and cultural policies.</span><br><strong><span lang="EN">Conclusion:</span></strong><span lang="EN"> Social sustainable development, when coupled with cultural policy‑making and strengthened citizenship rights, has substantial effects on modern societies, including improving quality of life, reducing inequalities, and enhancing public participation.</span> <strong>هدف: </strong>هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تحلیل جامعه شناختی رابطه توسعه پایدار اجتماعی با خط مشی‌های فرهنگی با توجه به نقش میانجی حقوق شهروندی در دانشگاه آزاد واحد تهران مرکزی بود.<br><strong>روش: </strong>روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی پیمایشی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه کارکنان دانشگاه آزاد واحد تهران مرکزی می‌باشند به تعداد (270) نفر، که از این تعداد 159 بر اساس روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده و طبق فرمول کوکران به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. به منظور گردآوری داده‌ها از سه پرسشنامه‌ توسعه پایدار اجتماعی (محقق ساخته)، پرسشنامه‌ خط مشی‌های فرهنگی (محقق ساخته)، و پرسشنامه حقوق شهروندی(محقق ساخته) استفاده گردید. که روایی و پایایی آن به ترتیب 93/0 و 90/0، 91/0 و 89/0 و 86/0 و 88/ سنجیده شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون خطی چند گانه و مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS و AMOS22 استفاده شده است. <br><strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>نتایج حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نشان می‌دهد بین توسعه پایدار اجتماعی با خط مشی‌های فرهنگی با توجه به نقش میانجی حقوق شهروندی در دانشگاه آزاد واحد تهران مرکزی رابطه معنی‌داری وجود دارد. بین توسعه پایدار اجتماعی با خط‌مشی‌های فرهنگی در دانشگاه آزاد واحد تهران مرکزی رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد. <br><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> توسعه پایدار اجتماعی با تأکید بر خط مشی‌گذاری‌های فرهنگی و همچنین حقوق شهروندی بر جوامع مدرن در ابعاد مختلفی همچون بهبود کیفیت زندگی، کاهش نابرابری ها، و افزایش مشارکت عمومی تأثیرات بسیار زیادی می‌گذارد. https://www.jasd.ir/article_234867_540ec8653a557e4d75ededcf1db3d5ca.pdf
