Aims and Scope

The Journal of Approaches in Sociology and Development accepts articles derived from the results of field studies (quantitative, qualitative, and mixed), theoretical, review, comparative-historical, and in the fields of cultural, socio-political, economic, and sustainable development sociology; as well as articles that have an interdisciplinary aspect and consider the country's development policies, provided that they have not been published in any domestic or foreign journal. Articles that have a clear practical aspect and contribute to sustainable growth and development are the top priority of the editorial board of this journal, and it is necessary for respected authors to keep them in mind when submitting their articles:

Goals and Vision of the Journal:

- New and original ideas about the processes, contexts, and social, economic, political, and cultural consequences of sustainable development and related policies

- Interdisciplinary perspective and analysis and efforts to enhance the scientific community by applying theoretical, conceptual, and methodological assets from fields such as culture, economics, political science, social welfare, history, and other related fields with a focus on sociological analysis and development.

- Methodological review of books and articles published in the field of sociology and development

- Application, criticism and development of new research methods with emphasis on technical and methodological innovations and preferably the use of multi-level and mixed analyses (combined use of quantitative, qualitative and mixed methods)
